Job Description-

• The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Recreation Public Outreach Coordinator with providing natural resource based educational programs to the public.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

• Assist with visitor activities at Brackenridge Complex Parks and Campgrounds and other nature outreach opportunities supported by LNRA.

• Assists with interpretive programs at BRC Parks and Campground.

• Assist with cultural and historical resource stewardship on LNRA property.

• Provide customer service to the general public and park visitors.

• Provide support in carrying out educational programs as assigned.

• Provide support to groups (ie. Boy Scouts) when occupying LNRA recreational facilities.

• Communicate effectively with supervisor, BRC employees and other LNRA staff.

• Comply with LNRA Safety Manual
