For a full time entry-level position it is good to have a bachelor’s degree. Having this degree will give a person a better chance at getting an entry level position. For the position of my supervisor at the Nature Center it is good to know a lot of information about wildlife. It is also good to have a lot of volunteer experience when applying for a job. One other thing that is important to this job is putting on presentations. So it is good to know how to put on a good program. The person applying for this job should also not be afraid of animals and cleaning cages. It is also good to have a positive attitude, be responsible, and be motivated.
